Morning Loves!

I’m actually really excited to be sharing a healthy tip with you all again. I know cutting this series back to once a month was needed during the busy-ness of the past few months and it’s really helped me get quite a few other posts out there instead, I really do miss sharing the tips on a more regular basis. Perhaps I see a reinstatement of Healthy Tip Tuesday’s back to a weekly thing in the near future!

For now, I’d love to share with you all the amazing benefits of Rasberry Leaf Tea. For all of you ladies out there, this post is for you!

Rasberry Leaf Tea is made from the young leaves of raspberry bushes, primarily while they are blooming in early summer before the fruits develop. By harvesting the leaves so young and new, they retain more beneficial nutrients and remain in tact in the dried tea leaves. This Tea is best known for it’s ability to induce labour in pregnant women, however there are other benefits.

I first started taking this tea on a regular basis when I came off visanne. I was in fear of the immense pain that would come rushing back from my endometriosis and so began trying all kinds of natural and herbal remedies to help deal with the pain. Of course, this isn’t a miracle tea, it’s not going to entirely eliminate your menstrual pain or cramps, but taking it on a regular basis can help your body better balance hormones for when the cycle comes and help make the pain a bit more manageable all while increasing your energy levels. I strongly believe in the power of this tea as my first cycle came and went, almost too easily, thanks for Raspberry Leaf Tea and a few other natural remedies. So I can attest to it’s power.

Three main reasons to use Raspberry Leaf Tea are for:

  • Pregnancy
  • Endometriosis
  • Menstrual Cramps

Raspberry leaf tea can tone the muscles of your uterus, minimizing painful cramping and helping to induce labor in those that are pregnant. It can also balance hormones (as I mentioned above) and so it’s great for endometriosis.

There you have it! Hopefully these were some convincing points that will make you want to go out and buy some Raspberry Leaf Tea of your own.

Have you ever tried Raspberry Leaf Tea? Do you take any other herbal teas for menstrual cramps or endo pain?
